Core Skills programma

Core Skills is a multi-day program developed for companies or departments in the corporate service sector, who, want to further professionalize their staff in order to raise their results they offer their clients to a new level. The mission, strategy, culture and values of the organisation form the starting point and the framework of the program. The program is a catalyst for the way in which the organisation wants to operate in their day-to-day practice.

In addition to bringing a positive impact to clients, the program also contributes strongly to the relations between the members of the organization itself. By introducing a common language and a collective way of working, teams can come to a solution faster for their clients, as well as feeling more connected to their team members.

The underlying philosophy of the program is that the quality of the results achieved with the client depends on the quality of the team, and this is in turn a product of the level of development of all the individual people in that team. So producing a top-quality performance for the client demands mature teams made up of well-developed individuals. Participants in this program gain a better understanding of themselves, the team and the client’s environment.
